Physical Focus Course Introduction
Welcome to the first course in our Physical Focus courses.
This is an introductory course that will set the foundation for future courses. We will focus on experiencing the 7 systems of the body from a consciousness building training. We will be using the tools used in our Foundation courses to explore our relationship with our body. We recognize that each person has a unique relationship with their body and this course is designed to support and improve that relationship.
Because we are in the conception stage, how this course manifests will be seen over time. Currently, I have a feeling this course will be broken into two parts since we are going to explore our relationship with the 7 systems: Respiratory system, Nervous system, Skeletal system, Muscular system, Circulatory system, Immune system, and Endocrine system.
