We don’t live in a black and white world. Our emotions reflect the diversity in which we live. The easiest way of exploring and owning our emotions is to recognize that our emotions can be seen in a binary way. We begin our exploration by validating our emotional body – a system that is different than our physical body. By creating boundaries and exploring this form, we are able to take ownership of our emotional expression and understand how external influences can impact our emotional health.
